Contact Centro →A referral is generally not required to see a physiotherapist or chiropractor. Some benefit plans may require a referral for reimbursement, so confirm the requirements of your individual policy.
Your clinician will discuss your health history and goals, complete an assessment, explain the findings and recommend an individualized care plan. Treatment may begin during the first visit when appropriate.
Direct billing may be available for many extended health plans. Eligibility, coverage and insurer rules vary. Please bring your plan information and photo identification so the clinic can check available options.
Centro supports eligible motor vehicle accident and workplace injury rehabilitation. Contact the clinic before your first visit so the team can explain the documents and claim information that may be required.
Bring photo identification, relevant benefit or claim information, a list of medications when applicable, and any reports or imaging results you have been asked to provide. Wear clothing that allows the clinician to assess the area comfortably.
